Jeers, harassment, attacks
Cloistered in the dressing room, older players allegedly flipped off the lights and filled the room with jeers as they accosted and sexually harassed four of their younger targets in four separate incidents.
They penetrated at least one of them, prosecutors allege.
Officials have not disclosed details, but a Sports Illustrated article indicated that it likely did not involve intercourse.
Three are accused of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, conspiracy to commit aggravated criminal sexual contact, criminal restraint, and hazing for engaging in an act of sexual penetration.
Four more players, plus one of the first three, face counts of aggravated assault, conspiracy, aggravated criminal sexual contact, hazing and riot for allegedly participating in the attack, Middlesex County prosecutors said.

Have we raised a generation of sociopaths? This is not normal behavior.

This is criminal.

... and .... though, victims are still "tried" in the public and victims are "persecuted" during court proceedings .... it is better than it was generation(s) ago.

Sociopaths are regularly portrayed as "cool." (Hey, who doesn't love Hannibal Lecter?)

They are probably the most disgusting of all. It is their priorities and their mentality that led to the ball players being little sociopaths. After all, rah rah rah, bouncy the ball is more important to them than prosecuting their offspring for doing hideous things to other players. And don't even get me started on how so many ball players treat girls and other guys who aren't ball players.

It seems like the only thing they care about is that the football season was cancelled, not that horrible abuse was occurring by certain football players and almost certainly known about by all football players and coaches.

How many were involved in this?

Ditto for the NFL. The crime rate is not at all unusual.

want their sons playing football due to all the coverage of concussions and other health problems....may-be the times are changing. We can only hope.... I do love Green Bay Packer football, but can't watch half the time because of the violent hits, and all the crap that's hit the airways regarding other teams....domestic and child abuse, drug usage etc.
