Medicare B pays for penis pumps

But we are discussing that the insurance that people pay for shouldn't cover contraceptives.

Uh, what? So we pay for a dick to get erect, but we do not pay for the results of said penis.

Yeah, that sounds like a fair use of funds.

It's okay for a guy to get coverage on a penis pump that is paid for in full under Medicare B. A woman paying for her own insurance is a slut living off of the government because she takes contraceptives. If you can explain that to me, you are Einstein.

That's the issue. Why do they need to get it up if they are so opposed to anything regarding women's reproductive health?

If a man needs to get it up for his own physical well-being, a woman needs to be able to not get pregnant as a result of said man getting it up.

Radical prostatectomy renders a man infertile.

And if Rethuglucans want to go after contraception, then we should make sure this is on the table too.

practice are Cialis, Viagra, etc. It drives him crazy. As a result, he's begun to use this to advantage. He will advise his patient that he will prescribe one of these types of "medications" providing the patient follows his advice. For example, he'll advise a patient that desperately needs to lose weight, that if he has lost weight by the next visit, he will continue to prescribe the medication, otherwise not. Believe it or not, it works like a dream.

While I totally agree with what he's doing I'm a little vague on the medical professional ethics of it since it seems a bit like bribery.

I hope he is very carefully wording his advice to make it a medically necessary thing as in "Sure I'll prescribe that for you when, in my professional opinion, you are healthy enough to have sex by losing 20lbs." All those adds on TV do say to check with you doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for sex.

More power to him.

But prescriptions are not always healing. All prescriptions all have side effects (and that doesn't exempt Cialis and Viagra, which have their own list of warnings), and the more prescriptions one is on, the more side effects, some more life-threatening than others. If the person is already unhealthy, taking no steps to get healthy, and wants MORE medications, well, you get the picture.

He demands his patients do the maximum to get well, the idea being to get them OFF medication or on less medication, not to get them on more meds.

The proof? the majority of people with ED get "morning wood", indicating the problem is in between one's ears.

I know it's not PC to tell a guy that his ED is all in his head, but those are the facts.

And can raise blood pressure, so he's sound in his medical practice of informing men to lose a few pounds. I'm sure he's just laughing because the fat-asses he has in his office have to be told that, yes, you are a fat ass, and no, I won't put you on this unless you lose x amount of weight. He is honest, they don't like the message of being told they are overweight.

Okay, really, no. He's told them that they can't take a particular medication while at a certain triglyceride level, and they bitch about it.

Men are entitled to penis pumps under Medicare B. How dare women even apply for insurance that covers birth control. Even when it is hormone therapy that is medical in nature. Men - need penis pumps. Women must verify prove and defend when they need hormone therapy

This is why the vast majority of Americans wonder what the fuck Republicans are thinking when they attack women PAYING for their own insurance while the government pays for a device to have their dick get hard, even if they have nothing to do with it.

It's kid of ridiculous all the way around.
