Why does Turkey seem to be more comfortable with a ISIS state in Syria...

Why does Turkey seem to be more comfortable with a ISIS state in Syria than the Assad regime?

I have no love loss for either but if I was Recep Tayyip Erdogan I would rather have Assad as a neighbor than ISIS.
