and a little hazy. still got a nice red hue in totality... coming out now.

i got some really good shots of the full lunar during the winter solstice a few years back... that was the best one I ever saw... almost straight overhead...

It's in totality here now, but still visible. The local news has taken some spectacular shots of it. And did I hear there will be three more between now and 2016?

It's simple stuff like this that can show you how good things can be.

I could probably pull up a lawn chair and just sit and watch until the sun comes up. (But too cold for that here.)
