Warning - Level 3, Avoid Nonessential Travel Alert

CDC urges all US residents to avoid nonessential travel to Liberia, Guinea, and Sierra Leone because of unprecedented outbreaks of Ebola in those countries. CDC recommends that travelers to these countries protect themselves by avoiding contact with the blood and body fluids of people who are sick with Ebola.

I think that anyone traveling outside the US should check the state department website for advisories as a rule of thumb.

2. And this is not something new. The US Embassy warns all international travelers of dangers. When

my daughter went to Mexico they were warned after an epidemic broke out there. They were in contact with the embassy every day.

3. Honestly, I tend to avoid the blood and bodily fluids of ANYBODY.

Not that I would need someone to suggest this but....

5. I agree but I find it a bit toothless unless someone can tell me that

people who become inflicted are not contagious before they exihibit symptoms.
