Is there anywhere that keeps some kind of record of currently contagious Ebola patients?
Not the total number infected, not total numbers of death, not numbers of survivors. Just currently sick and contagious.

What I am trying to get a sense of is how many are currently contagious. Those who have recovered or died are no longer at risk of spreading the infection. I am looking for that number.

I've heard estimates saying the published numbers might be as low as only 25% of what's actually out there.
