Looks like since all the polling firms switch from register voters to likely voters they all have republicans leading.I wonder if that was done on purpose. If this poll is accurate Wisconsin people are stupider than I though she's only leading by 10 points among woman that's disheartening if true.So far it looks like the democrats aren't carrying the women's vote as though they would

And Democrats in Dane and Milwaukee counties SUCK at turning out for anything but general elections.

The reactionary right-wing is pretty enthused about voting.

Democrats right now don't seem to have a cohesive, positive message to inspire their base to turnout.

I blame Pres. Obama and the leadership at the DNC for this -- from now until November 4, they ought to be patting themselves on the back till it hurts for the fall in the unemployment rate and the dramatic cutting of the federal deficit. But, just like in 2010, Pres. Obama, the DNC and many Democratic candidates especially for the U.S. Senate, seem timid, seem embarrassed of their base supporters, seem averse to bold statements, etc.

The big thing different from 2010 that I am seeing that may save the situation is a lot of effort from independent progressive groups to get out the vote.

As long as Obama is the President the rethugs are going to be more motivated to vote than dems.In 2016 they will still be running against the President with the timid democrats not wanting to campaign with him.Hillary is not going to get the male vote that's what's going on in the midterms the democrats are getting killed by men I think a lot of this is racism that we have a black president and in 2016 they are not going to vote for Hillary

that kill us. Obama won EASILY here in both 2008 and 2012. Democrats here got the fuck out for him. You can crunch the numbers by county and it's clear as day: there are a TON of Democrats who sit out mid-terms. The 2 counties that kill us are Milwaukee and Dane (Madison). The party leadership knows this. Anyone with a few minutes to analyze the data can see this. This is why Michelle Obama is rallying in these two counties as the election nears.

Especially if the Democrats are smart enough and savvy enough to not nominate Hillary Clinton -- I think 2016 could be a major landslide election for Democrats.

If Democrats have as their presidential nominee a bold, new, truly progressive candidate, I could see a 400+ electoral college victory against Jeb, Mitt, Ted or Rand.

And the U.S. Senate map very much favors Democrats in 2016.

Of course, the problem is going to be how much damage to the democratic process the Tea Party-Repuglicans can do in the meantime. I'm beginning to sense that the Repuglicans will take the Senate, gain in the U.S. House -- but lose governorships.

I hate to say it, but Pres. Obama is just not very good at sticking to an overarching theme sometimes. He ought to be promoting his economic success ... but he has let ISIS and ebola completely take over the political messaging. Obama is the President -- as leader of the party, it is his job to motivate the base, to give Democrats a reason to vote in the next few weeks. So far, I'm not seeing it, and, frankly this being the second week in October and voting starting next week here in Colorado, well, it is probably too late.

Put up weak ass candidates the first thing they need to do is get rid of that current DNC Chairwoman she's horrible.

You've ignored my other posts on the reason why this state does poorly outside of GE's, but it's true. It's not the candidates, it's the lack of commitment to the process that is the problem. And for that, we can place some blame on the state party leadership which is comical at best.

We have a few huge pockets of Democrats, but the rest of the state is red, red, red.
