Any legislation that abuses women medically will be reported as a crime against humanity (in other words, you're not allowed to practice medicine without a license, and impersonating a doctor is a felony offense)

That's what every constitutents ought to do - report to the AMA, the feds, etc - and tell them there are legislators practiciing medicine without a license!
