Swing voters will vote for factories(bring them home) if the Democratic Party makes it an issue.

If we want to increase GOTV, bringing in support from swing voters that have seen their towns devastated by factories closing and moving to China.

Ex-factory workers that are out of work will vote for factories.

Those voters who've gone apathetic will turn out to vote for factories if they're given some hope that politicians in Washington, DC will actually address the issue of bringing factories home.

If we want high GOTV, bring swing voters into the fold with a proactive message that gets people interested in participating in democracy.

GOTV benefits when people get interested or even excited about the political process.

Today, there are few things that will get voters excited about voting compared to a message of bringing home our factories.

Bringing home factories will get voters to the polls.

Bringing home factories = GOTV.

Paint Republicans as a party that outsources factories or gamble with voter apathy.

Realistically, the only way to bring factories home are to either lower workers wages to third-world levels or to slap enough tariffs on foreign goods to make them cost as much as goods manufactured here. So you're effectively either advocating lower wages or higher consumer prices -- and the GOP will be very quick to point that out.

Instead of providing tax breaks and other financial incentives for moving jobs offshore, breaks and incentives can be provided for bringing jobs here.

End the tax cut incentives that Bush gave to corporations to close factories in the US and outsource said factories to China.

End those tax cuts.

I'm a full supporter of reimposing tariffs.

Shipping costs are now being weighed against low wages. The increasing cost of hipping is starting to actually bring some jobs back home because localization is cheaper than having to ship containers from China, then accross America by truck or rail, in some cases its cheaper to localize.

That's why ending tax incentives could bring factories home in droves.
No tax incentive+high cost of shipping could bring many jobs home.

It'd be a great start.

How about the Democratic party runs on a $25 an hour minimum wage?

THAT would bring out some voters!

we have to bring factories home first. While we continue to fight for wages.

There are some in DC that do care about these issues.

Warren and Sanders give me at least some hope.

That would be an awkward and internally divisive strategy.
