Flu vaccine

All this discussion about virus transmission and diseases reminded me that it is time to get this year's flu shot and that insurance under the ACA should cover it!

Avoid getting the flu and freaking out that your aches, pains, fever are ebola. As well as having to deal with being very sick or dying from a relatively preventable disease.

Get your vaccine soon and remember, if you do catch the flu, influenza, please stay home until you are better to avoid spreading it to other people. Wash your hands, and don't touch your eyes or nose with unwashed hands.

it just seems right. I also am holding off a little to see if there are any problems with the first wave of shots. One year, I jumped the gun and had to get two since something was left out of the first batch.

I swear by them and never miss a year without getting my flu shot.

When it gets cooler, people tend to stay more onside, around each other, passing viruses around, so it is a good reminder.
