A serious question

Here is a link to 253 things president Obama has done, and I am sure there a lot more that could be added.

http://pleasecutthecrap.com/obama-accomplishments/

I have been reading posts here lately saying that there is no difference between the two parties. A democrat in the WH, or a republican would be the same.

So how many of the things president Obama has so far accomplished would have gotten done if a republican were in the WH?

the party of No in congress. One of the complaints about bush is he just went ahead and did things not in the proper way, and I think some were expecting the same from Obama.

Bush didn't have to put up with all the obstructionists doing their best to stop him at every turn, no matter how bad that is for the country and the citizens of this country.

Where are all those posters who think both parties are the same? You should be able to come up with an answer, if in fact what you say is true.

in reading or basic understanding of the written or spoken word. Or they are in the wrong group and should probably join up at the forum Glenn Greenwald frequents.

Democrats have done a lot of very good stuff in general over the years -- labor rights is just one Huge one. I have to say too there have been things done in the past that I am not too fond of either but nothing as weirded out and crazy as the Baggers and Repugs dream up. How anyone with even only 3 marbles rolling around the gourd could think that Republicans care about issues like this (especially These DAys!) as much as the Dems do... I think that's said just to get our goats. There has been way too much slippage to the right and I fault the Clintons for that, but there is still a very wide and big difference. We have to close that gap tho and get back to something less homogenizing of the two parties. that I can surely agree with.

And I think there is truth to some of what I have been seeing here today - that stealth libertarians feed this meme to demoralize democrats and to drown the government in that bathtub the Repuglicans like so much. It's stealth work, aggravating but pretty harmless for the most part.

Shit, they could probably be in the White House themselves and still be posting Pro Putin pro (anything against the West)

Be like, shit, now I have to hate on myself

No replies from those who continue to claim both parties are the same. I would think they would be happy to tell us all why they think this way, but then again…!
