Public library with no professional librarians? Need help finding post.

A few days ago, someone posted about a public library that had no professional librarians.

I can't find it. Would that poster speak up now? I'm curious to know where the location is.

Or if anyone can point me to it, please post or PM me if you want.

It looks like for the moment at least, these are in addition to regular libraries. I do believe in 20 years, librarians are going to have to find employment in achademic libraries.

If this is an addition to existing libraries, its a good thing.

Or put one outside of an existing library to allow 24/access.
