The Republicans have no ideas to fix any of the problems our country faces. Every speech, every utterance, is meant to deceive their supporters and to give more tax cuts to the most wealthy, and cut programs that people need and use, to pay for them.

This country has been going downhill ever since the voters were sold a bill of goods called "supply-side, trickle-down" economics. The gridlock in Washington is caused by one Party, the Republicans. It is their way or the highway. They have bad-mouthed this President since the day he was elected. Their number one goal was to make him a one-term President.

Indeed, the government is broken. Republicans are not the solution. They are the problem. They have all the gold of Midas and all the slick political maneuvers to win the next election. We have no choice but to tell the truth.
