7. I've been thinking, we could send the self proclaimed militia to Syria and Iraq.

In some cases there will not be a cost of wages because some are already on the take, they have the weapons and equipment, want to get a fight going and claim they want to stop the bad guys. They would be happy with being able to show off their marksmanship.
