okay I have a question-

I am self employed, I will be 60 at the end of this year and I need to start researching buying my own health insurance. My husband wants to retire next year. My business is starting to take off I feel comfortable. So I went to do a search for the ACA.gov or affordable care act or whatever. Every link I tried to follow that looked like a possible government site would not load, at all. Every private website did load. But very soon my computer froze and stayed that way all day until I got back from working. I think it is being sabotaged. So, any suggestions, I do not want to spend the next six months trying to do this, I have gotten very busy and don't have the time. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

5. My state, Illinois, won't have their exchange open again until November for 2015 enrollment

So it's possible your states ACA exchange isn't "open" yet.
