DOJ Opens Probe in Walmart Shooting! Hours After County Jury No-Bills.

Special Prosecutor Mark Piepmeier said the Greene County grand jury in Xenia opted not to issue any indictments in the Aug. 5 death of 22-year-old John Crawford III. But the U.S. Department of Justice says federal authorities will review the facts and circumstances surrounding the shooting.

I wish Carter Stewart luck--

Stewart received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1997. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Education Policy from Columbia University and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Stanford University. After law school, Stewart clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Carter, U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Raymond L. Finch, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of the Virgin Islands.

to be able to pick up a toy, a piece of merchandise for sale in a store, fully intending to either pay for it or put it back (changed mind at last minute), and end up dead.

Shot dead for carrying merchandise for sale to the cashier?
