e-cigg update Working great

I can not remember the last time I smoked an analog cig. The coughing is gone and physically I feel better.

I started at 36 strength level and this weekend, I got 12 strength level. For the most part I respect the cigarette rules and do not vape where one could not smoke.

I don't care what anyone thinks. For me, this has been the best method to stop smoking. I have tried hypnotics, patches, pills and cold turkey. None worked for more than a few weeks. This it has been a few months and I do not forsee returning to regular smoking. I will try it at 12 a couple weeks or month and then step down to 6 and once I get to 0 I don't plan on even vaping. My kids have friends that are vaping at 0 just to do it when others are vaping. I don't care. My intent is to stop smoking so for me...it is working!

on a good e-cig? I know tastes vary. Tried Blu and another disposable store brand, they didn't do it for me...

They taste like shit and barely last a day. Go online, find a specialist vape store and buy a battery with an eGo coupling (such as the eGo twist) and some rebuildable clearomisers (the rebuildable means you only have to replace the wick and saves a fortune in the long run). I can't offer you specific sites because I'm British but you should be able to find some good istes with a quick Google.

I can give you some good companies.

For juice, I recommend Mt. Baker Vapor. Their juice, custom made to order, starts at $4.95 for a 15ml bottle; $7.49 for a 30 ml bottle; and $39.99 for a 236 ml (8 oz) bottle.

I recommend Completevape.com for starter kits. The shipping is free and the prices are reasonable.

I've been using them about 2 1/2 years now and could not imagine going back to analog. Now I know that is crazy that I was breathing in burning materials for sooo long. I never tried quitting, my brain really likes the buzz from nicotine.
I don't smoke in no smoking areas either, but I did go back to vaping in the house. I am seeing more and more people using them. I really wish they could be marketed as a smoking cessation device, I hear many, many people say it got them off cigarettes.

Good luck with your tapering off the vapering!

I was a 50-a-day smoker for 25 years. Started using an ecig and overnight, t5hat dropped to 5. Over the next month, I cut out those five and I'm coming up on five months without any analogs at all. I didn't even consciously set out to quit. It was a case that I could get the nicotine, the bit I was addicted to, but get it in lots of nice flavours and without worrying that it would harm my SO and cats. So I just ditched the analogs.

My own doctor has started recommending ecigs to smokers trying to quit and the NHS (I'm British) is looking into adding them to it's smoking cessation aids.

I'm glad the vapes are working for you. It sure is the best way to get off the analog cigs.

I've been smoke-free for 10 months thanks to e-cigs, or personal vaporizers as I prefer to call them.
