Womens Cycling Teams Naked Outfits Spark Controversy
A Colombian cycling team is generating controversy with riding outfits meant to make the cyclists look naked.
The women of the IDRD-Bogatá Humana-San Mateo-Solgar squad turned heads at a recent race in Italy by showing up in the provocative uniforms that dont actually show anything but use a flesh-colored midsection to give the appearance of showing nudity.
One of the team members, Angie Tatiana Rojas Suarez, reportedly designed the creative outfit.
But not everyone is so happy about it.

I don't see the problem, maybe the problem is in the mind of the people who are offended.

(445 posts)especially women's cyling; but I doubt if this is the best way to do it. How about holding fund raising events, do television ads, go on talk shows and such? (On the side: I'm hoping to be able to save up for a Specialize Tarmac in a couple of years. It's should be a very nice ride).
