Police: Seattle man wakes up to find woman pinning him down, raping him
A 28-year-old woman has been charged with rape after she allegedly broke into the home of a Seattle man and forced herself upon him, The Seattle Post-Intelligence reports.
The man said that he returned home from a party and went to sleep, only to be awoken hours later to find Chante Gilman on top of him, pinning him down, and having sex with him. He told police he recognized Gilman as “a drug user in the area.”
He demanded that she get off him, but Gilman refused, telling him to be quiet. After a struggle, he was able to free himself from the 240-pound woman and physically remove her from his apartment. He went to Harborview Medical Center, where a rape kit was administered.
DNA found on his body matched Gilman, police said.

Police say Gilman has described herself as "mentally ill," and does not remember having sex with the man or being in his home.
