I have to say this - I think the Palin fight in Alaska: Publicity stunt

The Palin's do not think like normal people do. Sarah Palin's career seems to be someone who happens to be at the wrong place at the right time which took her from mayor of a small town in a small state (Ok yes Alaska is a big state but the population is smaller than Delaware) to governor of that state, almost a heartbeat away from 2nd in command of our country and now the darling of a bunch of racist idiots who want to return our country to it's racist origins.

Even if the guests weren't aware of the stunt I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't somehow planned for the publicity. Something just seems awfully fishy about all of this and I can't figure out what it is but it just seems all too planned. One thing Sarah Palin has honed over the past 6 years and that's how to keep her name in the news even though she hasn't been relevant for a long time. Sure there's the teaparty that still loves her but even Faux News has grown bored of her. My guess is the Palin Network News isn't getting the subscribers the way they thought they would.

Thoughts?

And btw I could be wrong it happens.

I know that's what I thought too - the celebrity thing.

Plus who the hell rents a stretch hummer anymore these days unless they are going to a prom, getting married or at a Las Vegas party. If it's not one of those 3 things that just screams trashy tackiness although credit to Track for knowing he was going to be drunk and not driving.

Who rents stretch hummers these days unless you're going to a prom, a wedding or in Las Vegas. It just seems odd that some random night in Anchorage Alaska the kid is renting a stretch hummer, but kudos to the fact that Tract knew he was drinking and did have alternate transportation. It's almost like he knew he was going to show up at this party and he was going to do it in style so he got the hummer. Else why not just hail a taxi cab. I assume they have those in Anchorage Alaska.

the plane? Todd thinks he is a superstar in the snow machine racing circuit. I imagine they thought they'd be greeted as superstars instead of unwanted guests/pests. Add the fact that Bristow (or Willow)'s ex was invited, mix with alcohol, and you get an eventful Saturday night.

I may lack sufficient information for a proper estimate, but off the cuff it doesn't seem out of bounds for a stretch hummer to fall within Track Palin's notion of 'traveling in style'.

I don't think it's possible to be too cynical when it comes to thinking about how greedy and manipulative Palin can be when it comes to keeping her name in the news.

But it will reflect very poorly on her if it comes out that it was all a scam. So either way, she looks like an ass.

however, the US is getting ready to cluster bomb people for the next three years

I think it is much more important for our national well being that we stay focused on stopping our government from killing in our name with our money.

However, if this was a stunt - which is possible - it will endear her only to the knuckledragging keyboard warriors who were already typing one-handed in their parents' basements. And she already has that base. Being involved in a drunken brawl with her whole trashy family won't up her cred with the Establishment if she's seriously thinking of trying to get back into politics. Or even if she wants to be taken semi-seriously as a "pundit."*

*I have always found it a bit ironic that "pundit" is derived from Sanskrit for "wise man."

Those Palin's function like a thuggish clan and thugs is what they are and how those Palin siblings were raised.

Uncouth, uncivilized ,back woodish ,unmannerly thuggish people they are . And those people are not capable of holding up to or sustaining the public appearances of a normal american family as would be viewed or billed by their handlers. In short they are what they are and cannot pretend to be anything other than what they are.

And if you were too look back at some of the doings of those people, news articles of their thuggish behavior, when those Palin's were on the campaign trail after Sarah Palin was selected for vice presidential candidate, you will see as was stated they are what they are. They are thugs. They are a thuggish clan and they operate as a unit.

They refer to the most of us as lower 48'ers , you know, the civilized sector. And they see their selves more or less as isolationist with all kinds of gang buster ideas about how this country should be run. Thugs they are.

No,- Palin is not PR smart and that ordeal was not part of a Palin PR plan. They are what they are and what they are is a clan of thugs.Uncouth is a mild way of putting it.

I am attempting to point out the views of isolationist money grabbing power driven thugs ,not the views of decent folk from the state of Alaska. In short, those Palin's are not real people but they seem to be able to fool real people into believing they are real as real can be,same as anybody else. !

In Washington state we see peoples in Alaska more like good neighbors ! And as is expected, there are always some bad apples in the bunch !

Regards to those Palin's,expect the unexpected and or that of the abnormal.

If I understand this correctly, she punched the father of the young man who used to date Willow. Why did she punch him? Was she pretty sure that he wouldn't hit her back, and therefore the risk of getting her ass kicked was considerably lower? If she'd punched another woman, she could have had her ass handed to her and that would sure be embarrassing! Either way, they are the trashiest* people and god bless John McCain for giving them to us.

The owner of the house, Klingenmeyer, was trying to head them off at the pass. He approached them and told them to leave. Bristol, according to Thompson and other witnesses, planted her feet, "stood straight up, brought her arm back and cold-cocked him right in the face," Thompson said.

And then she did it again, about six more times, before he pushed her away, and she fell, and Todd appeared.

"I was thoroughly amazed at the restraint Korey showed. He’s a total gentlemen," Thompson said.
