What exactly have Conservatives actually DONE for America ? That’s right, NOTHING. NADA. ZIP. Conservatives have never contributed ANYTHING of value to the United States

The Republicans need to purge them out of their party or they will become extinct next election. Conservatives have succeeded in turning the GOP into a cesspool of bumbling irrelevancy, ignoring important issues like jobs and the deficit to focus on Bible, Flag and guns.

While these dimwitted Neo-Cons were busy denying people rights, obstructing progress, denouncing art, science and music- and attempting to “take America Back” to the Dark Ages, “liberals” have contributed such things as The GI Bill, The Endangered Species Act, Environmental Laws, The Space Program, The Peace Corps, Americorps, The Civil Rights Movement (yes, LIBERALS brought you the Civil Rights Movement, NOT Conservatives), Earned Income Tax Credit, Family & Medical Leave Act, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Americans With Disabilities Act, Freedom of Information Act, Women's right to control their reproductive future, Allowing citizens to view their own credit records, The Internet, Balancing the federal budget, The Brady Bill (5-day wait on handgun purchases for background checks), Lobbying Disclosure Act , "Motor-Voter" Act, The Voting Rights Act, Unemployment Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, Food Stamps/WIC, Social Security, The Department of Education, The Department of Energy, The Department of Transportation, The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Labor Laws, The Marshall Plan, Food Safety Laws, Workplace Safety Laws, The Tennessee Valley Project, The Civilian Conservation Corps, The Securities and Exchange Commission, Women's Right to Vote, Universal Public Education, National Weather Service, Product Labeling Laws, Truth in Advertising Laws, Morrill Land Grant Act, Rural Electrification, Public Universities, Bank Deposit Insurance (FDIC), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Public Broadcasting, defeating racial segregation, making inter-racial marriage legal, the Affordable care Act, the repeal of Don’t Ask-Don’t Tell; the cancellation of funds for the laughable DOMA; keeping outdated religious views-like “creationism” and “young Earth” pseudo-science- out of public schools, Roe V Wade, Rock and Roll, marriage equality, the Consumer Protection Agency, banking oversight

– seriously, Conservatives have done nothing but align themselves with the wrong side of social issues throughout history ! From vilifying Blues music and demonizing Rock & Roll, from being against the abolition of slavery to going against Civil Rights; trying to overturn Roe V Wade to marriage equality; from being against Contraception to sex education; from denying the fact of evolution to denying climate change; their proclamation of being “pro-life” while trying to dismantle welfare and other needed social services; their 18th century rhetoric regarding inter-racial marriage in the 50’s and 60’s; their absolute hatred of green tech

- you name it, Conservatives have ALWAYS stood on the wrong side of history. They always try to block progress because their tiny little brains are NOT comfortable with change..

4. Their dogma requires them to do nothing.

Their mantra is always that government can't do anything useful, or do anything right. (Making things explode doesn't count, of course.) If they ever actually did anything useful, they would disprove their own core position. So they always fail and in the process incompetence, ignorance, and venality become virtues. And they can count on a certain percentage of the people to look at them, say "Ya know, they're right. Government really can't get anything right. We need to vote for Republicans since they understand what's really happening."
