medicare for all or nothing, and it would have been nothing, because at that time there was no way that the republicans or the blue dogs would have voted for that. At least with the ACA there is a path to move it toward a more Medicare for all.

Medicare was not ideal when it first passed either, but it got better

I'm always amazed at these people. Unless Jon's interviewing you himself, you ARE going to be the butt of a joke--either go along with it or don't go at all.
