Two men, shocked at what they saw, describe an unarmed teenager with his hands up in the air as hes gunned down by a police officer. They were contractors doing construction work in Ferguson, Missouri, on the day Michael Brown was killed. And the men, who asked not to be identified after CNN contacted them, said they were about 50 feet away from Officer Darren Wilson when he opened fire. An exclusive cell phone video captures their reactions during the moments just after the shooting.
He had his f**n hands up, one of the men says in the video. The man told CNN he heard one gunshot, then another shot about 30 seconds later. The cop didnt say get on the ground. He just kept shooting, the man said. That same witness described the gruesome scene, saying he saw Browns brains come out of his head, again stating, his hands were up.
At this point, I need someone to answer this question for me like Im stupid: What else is needed to arrest Darren Wilson? Im not asking what a prosecutor would need to for a murder conviction, or even what a grand jury would need to bring formal charges. What else is needed for police to say, Darren Wilson, you shot and killed someone, you are under arrest? What more?

(51,076 posts)figuratively speaking that is. Soon after a fair and just trial adn if found guilty he should be locked up with the key to the cell thrown away. No way is this cretin an innocent man otherwise he'd be up front and center instead of being hidden by the police department. The police department of Ferguson Mo needs to be disbanded and a new one put in its place. No one there has shown they can be trusted, 'cept the black people who are pissed about all this. I feel we can trust them. You can only hold people down so long before they get to a point of I've had enough, they're there.

(51,076 posts)as long as they have, all documented btw. The color of their skin has nothing to do with that trust, rather was only said to point out that as a group they've been treated like hell for a long time and possibly ain't gonna' take it anymore. This old white man is in their corner

Ok, I'll try. When you have as many witnesses as has come forward whose stories that all collaborate with one another like has been the case here you can be pretty sure that they are all telling the truth. pretty simple to figure that out I would thinK

I always get a good chuckle out of auto-removed posts in conversations.
The non-existent messages and replies crack me up for some reason.

(22,336 posts)came forward immediately, were independent of each other, and had the same story. If four white witnesses immediately and independently had the same story, someone would be in jail. Eye witnesses are usually enough for that. Why not in this case?

(12,311 posts)I'm glad you said what you said since that seems to be what a lot of racist whites believe. (er... not saying you're racist, )
Try and stick around awhile. You're a lot of fun!

(22,336 posts)but the fact is, that's why Darren Wilson hasn't been arrested yet. If those had been white witnesses who saw a black police officer shoot a white teenager and said his hands were up at the time, we all know the police officer would be in jail.

(34,172 posts)Authorities like to have an investigation chase down loose ends and completed first.
Still it's good to keep the pressure up.

(51,076 posts)the police way over reacted and the onus is on them. They don' like that. They made a bad situation way worse and they now know that and hope like hell this will pass, is my guess.
officer Wilson should be in jail or possibly out on bail awaiting trial right now not hidden out somewhere to keep the eyes off him
