I know, but still: it did happen. It was just the quickest link I could find at the time. There are quite a few sources and a transcript from the show that prove he called this in advance of it occurring. He was killed about a month after 9/11 happened. He did open fire on the police first, who lured him out of his home. I'm not sure if the deputy he shot in the head ever made it, but he basically said he would never be taken alive by the police anyway, and that he'd shoot them if they came to arrest him. He was wanted for tax evasion.
