Important eyewitness video has surfaced Michael Brown had his hands up

Reverend Al was talking about it tonight. It was a video that showed the eyewitness holding his hands up while saying He had his bleep hands up. He also said Mike Brown was saying okay okay okay. He also said the cop didn't tell Mike Brown to get on the ground. Of course the grand jury might not get it. I really wish they would assign a Special Prosecutor.

1. This entire situation is so odd I wonder if a plea bargain is coming

No police report, offer for Wilson to testify at first Grand Jury, closing Wilson's donation pages. Is there a plea bargain in the works to avoid a trial and the aftermath? Whatever else Michael Brown was killed while surrendering the Police and Prosecution know what happened. They also know the intense blow back that is coming.

3. Prosecutor makes an offer there would be indictment Officer Wilson who goes away on Manslaughter.

No trial no problem with acquittal Wilson turns States evidence maybe gets some sort of witness protection reporting the hanky panky by Ferguson Police after he shot Michael Brown. Parents file a wrongful death suit on Ferguson Police Department by that time the City Council is voted out of office and a new police force is is emerging.

This is my wildest speculation feel free to disregard in part or whole. Something like this allows the Prosecutor a way out, saves on a contentious trial, removes officer Wilson to go somewhere else, parents are afforded their day in Court, maybe no national crisis and large scale devastation. Something or someone stopped Wilson's legal defense fund. The deal could already be in the works.
