More fraud thanks to the failed War on Drugs

Federal law enforcement agents raided the Green Terrace condominium this morning in West Palm Beach following a months-long investigation into a company that was converting the community into a sober home for recovering addicts.
In March, about 35 percent of the 84 units in the condo at the corner of Belvedere Road and Georgia Avenue were owned by Ken Bailynson, who is the president and registered agent of Good Decisions Sober Living.
An estimated 200 recovering addicts lived at Green Terrace, according to John Lehman, president of the Boca Raton-based Florida Association of Recovery Residences.

Good Decisions is one of the very worst offenders, Lehman said. Their whole reason to exist was to bill insurance companies for outrageous monies for providing mediocre clinical services.
