my lie-o-meter says he was lying his ass off though and if thats the case one can hope he is going to be doing hard time. The girls life is worth more than him simply making a mistake. Hey Oscar maybe having the gun wasn't a good idea after all. You had options other than shoot shoot shoot but having that gun so handy made it too easy to make the mistake of thinking all problems can be solved with a bullet or bullets in this case.

I mean they showed that he was lying though his teeth, begging for mercy if you will. The girls life is/was worth more than it being he simply made a mistake.

negligent. He failed the 'reasonable man' test.
It will be culpable homicide tomorrow.

I really expected a verdict today.

No matter what the judge is saying, her ultimate conclusion is still up in the air.
I lean towards her acquitting him, but it's too foggy.

If the facts that she is agreeing with are the truth, then, well, he's innocent to any rational person.

There is a close-up of her and she is reading a bunch of papers on the lectern in front of her and when she gets done with one page she flips it over and puts it next to her. As of now like I said she seems to have about 70 pages to go.

Might get him on a manslaughter charge

"The state clearly has not proved beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty of premeditated murder. There are just not enough facts to support such a finding," says Judge Masipa."

The premeditated murder charge was kind of a stretch, IMO. However, I think manslaughter was convincingly proven.

ESPN trailer said the reading of the verdict could go on for hours -- or days.
