Is this ad being aired in Illinois. I haven't seen it yet and I'm afraid that the anti-Quinn ad that is doing much damage to Quinn is the one that has people talking about their property tax bills being raised.
I hope the commercial that is in the link is either being aired or soon will be aired in Illinois - because I think it is a very effective slam against Rauner.
