I'll be the first to argue against prosecuting people based on culture/ethnicity but the flip side of that is: If inclusiveness is being used to protect child-rape, calls for terrorism, etc. then all that will do is inspire bigotry. It will have the exact opposite effect of its intent.
The few offenders will be seen as part of the larger group being protected. Moreover they will be seen as being privileged; exempt from laws that would bring the full weight of the system down upon anyone else not a member of the protected group. That cannot do anything except engender feelings of resentment within onlookers.
That is a travesty on so many different levels. We need each other. This is the only world we have to share. We cannot allow a select few bad actors ruin it for the rest of us.
