"well, its been really really hard to keep quiet because I do know his version of the story, but I just feel like I we need to put out there his version of events so maybe people can consider them as the truth if nothing else... (snip)... Ok so he said that ... (snip)...I think he said Michael did this ... (snip)...but then Michael just bum rushes him and shoves him back into the car. Punches him in the face and then of course Darren then grabs for his gun... (snip)...and then of course protocol is to pursue. And so he stands up and shouts freeze and then Michael and his friend turn around. ... (snip)...So he (Wilson) thinks he (Mike) was on something. because he just kept coming and it was unbelievable. ... (snip)...but um that's his version of what happened."

(When asked how she came by this information she replies), "Um with his, significant other ... (snip)...it was Sunday night before the riots. So you know it was when they were still on facebook everyone was still talking you know it was kinda still an open discussion at that point. I of course had no idea it would turn into this."

So to summarize, Friends and Family were discussing an OPEN, ONGOING POLICE INVESTIGATION ON FACEBOOK.

If *any* of the details in this story match up with what the Police Officer says happened, blessed be the Facebook, because they keep copies of the stuff you post, even if you "delete it" -- are we talking "conspiracy after the fact?" What *are* the penalties for police officers who blab details about ongoing criminal investigations?

Who wants to bet whether or not the FBI has gotten warrants for these Facebook discussions?

Do we have a nomination for the world's Stupidest Criminal Yet? (And I am not talking about the shooting victim!)

Oh, and if Josie is "lying", then can she be gone after for attempts to interfere with an ongoing investigation?

It is never the crime - it is always the cover up that gets them. Can they keep their lies straight? I don't think they are bright enough!
