They said he called Hannity and talked to him, and Hannity would not tell his lawyers what was said.

...due to loss of contact with him (last communication with him was by text msg Sun.). Since then, he has not returned their calls.

The lawyers confirmed that Z has spoken by phone, off the record, with Hannity. Hanity will not reveal to them what Z said.

Press conf has not yet ended--CNN just cut away with long Q&A session still going on.

this could be good.

Fox"news" claims to be a "news outlet." Right?

hannity is a talking head on that "news outlet." Right?

Talking heads on news outlets are frequently referred to as "journalists." Right?

Will hannity show journalist integrity, and risk contempt charges, by refusing to answer any questions? There is plenty of precedent for Journalists doing just that.

So when hannity doesn't ... that opens a line of attack on hannity, as a "journalist", and fox"news" as a "news outlet."
