http://www.wyff4.com/news/upstate-letter-carrier-saves-babys-life/27595722#!bH82vBWith all the attacks against the Postal Service from the Repugs, I just wanted to share and celebrate an amazing deed done by a letter carrier! Go, dude, go!
The baby's parents says it's because of one man that they'll be able to celebrate their son's first birthday this weekend.

but all the postal workers in my area - that I've dealt with - are very pleasant and helpful.

(53,235 posts)4. Postal workers are great. The decades-long smear campaign (remember going postal?)
against them doesn't match the reality. And the reality is they're a big union, which Republicans fear. That's why they want the USPS destroyed and have created a pension burden on them that's wildly out of proportion to other businesses.

because the time necessary to save the child would have cut into the bottom line.
