I read where he could get a maximum of 100 years in prison? Did he get busted with a marijuana seed or something?
No doubt, he would have little problem signing someone else's death warrant?
I don't know what he did or who he pissed off, but it must to have been pretty bad?
What do you think his punishment should be? Is 100 years too much?

(30,058 posts)So he threatened to veto the funds which supported the investigation and wanted to throw the Democrat DA under the bus to get the pressure off of his friends. She did not resign so he carried through with the veto, like beating up the DA to protect his friends. This is illegal to do in Texas, now he is charged.

(145,321 posts)The best punishment would be to have this indictment help get Wendy Davis elected. The indictment breathes new life into the cancer research institute scandal that affects Greg Abbott and his donors. Davis had a good attack piece out in May on this issue and now this issue has some additional legs.
