A health care exchange and expanding Medicaid and getting the largest number of uninsured down but instead wants to spend $5 to $12 million a month to try to advance his going to fail presidential campaign. What a loser.

GOP witch hunt to discredit Perry. I am sure they are running fund raisers but it is an attack by Republicans on Perry.
