Oh, he "May" had marijuana in his system. So they aren't sure but they sure want it to be that way. People who smoke marijuana don't go ballistic.

I started to write an OP from a mother's POV but it was too painful. And didn't feel I had the right to say anything at the time and I still don't. MB was his mother's baby, and my heart breaks for her and her husband to see her son taken away from her in such a brutal and callous manner. This should be allowed to go on with the 'business as usual' crowd.
