The photo shows a kneeling figure with raised arms, a gesture adopted by the protestors in Ferguson to show they mean no threat, backlit by bright lights.

Was that photo taken by the photographer who was arrested/detained during the protests? I went to the Time website and they do not identify the photographer on the site where a non-subscriber could find it.
