amongst other things.

He makes some good points such as about community policing and how putting cops on foot patrol in lousy neighborhoods makes them understand how many good people live there and helps build relationships rather than suspicion.

On another radio interview today I heard another someone else talking about Giuliani's broken window bullshit-- it doesn't clean up the neighborhood, but just makes criminals out of thousands of kids for things like drinking a beer on the front porch.
