28. An abuse of power by a Republican special prosecutor appointed by a Republican judge. Guess Perry

has a point here, the Republicans are punishing him. The DA faced her trial, did her sentence, now Rick needs to step up and show how willing he is to follow the laws of Texas. He did not like the ethics investigation into his friends dealings, so he wanted to get the DA out of office and broke a Texas law in telling the DA to resign.
