CNN A Couple Of TImes This A.M. Mentioned The Officer's Version Of The Shooting - Correct Me If I'm.

wrong - but we haven't heard from the officer yet - have we? I know that some woman who is supposedly close to Wilson was to have given Wilson's side of the story - but it was not Wilson himself. So how can CNN speak of Wilson's version of the shooting. It's not really his version - because he didn't make any statements to the press.

This is just an example of how the MSM distorts news.

Instead of 'reporters' we need to start calling them 'distorters'.

It's unfortunate that there was no dash cam in Officer Wilsons vehicle and two eyewitnesses saw Michael Brown with his hand up!

Dorian Johnson, Tiffany Mitchell, Thee Pharoah, and Piaget Crenshaw all have the same story. Michael Brown turned around, put his hands in the air, and Wilson executed him.

All four are black. Now the media are aiding in the smearing of four black eyewitnesses who do not know each other with the white officer's story that comes from an unknown anonymous caller to a right wing radio prigram.

caller is giving third hand info, she is supposedly repeating what she heard from the shooter's girlfriend. For CNN to play this over and over is disgraceful, there is no longer even any pretense of being a legit news organization.

My take on this - they waited until the first autopsy report was done and then created a defense story to fit the findings. This was not just a spontaneous radio call-in from a friend.

the caller's account was same as Wilson's. Then Zimmerman's attorney (guest) and the other guest (can't remember name) said that Brown's action of holding hands up could have been viewed as part of his "charging" stance and, after all he "could easily cover 20 of the 35 feet in one second) and that Wilson feared for his life since Brown was charging at him to attack so he shot him.

That shot Mr. Brown.

It was irresponsible for them to put that woman's account on air.

How fucking difficult is it to file a FOI request for a network the size of CNN? They are just worthless.

It's truly unbelievable. The police have not put out any statement on what happened. Rather, Wilson gets to "testify" without putting his own name out there through a third party, who is also anonymous!

The difference between the four African American witnesses and our mysterious "Josie" is that the witnesses on the scene have identified themselves, and showed their faces, and stand accountable in public for their accounts.

Not so Officer Wilson. Not so his police officer girlfriend. Not so her friend "Josie" - supposing this Joise even knows them, which nobody can confirm, since she's anonymous and they're not talking. Not so the Ferguson PD or the St. Louis County PD, or the St. Louis County prosecutor.

That CNN put that account on television is a disgrace of first order. It is completely without corroboration or foundation.

They did say they corroborated with someone privy to what Wilson reported to the police investigator.

Their source???? The girlfriend cop? Another cop? The police have not been proven trustworthy. CNN should be careful...

the statement himself and through a third party. This gives them a chance to see what holes might exist as the media and Michael Brown's parents lawyers pick it apart. Then, finally, when Wilson gives his account - he can mold it to make sure that it doesn't have the holes in it that were picked apart and still have the cover of saying - well - I don't know what an anonymous caller to a radio program said - but this is MY statement.

This is just fitting with the way all the info in this situation has come out. No info on the shooter until they were able to release at the same time the video in the convenience store. No autopsy info until they were able to have a report that Brown had smoked MJ.

I'm just suspicious as to how the info on this situation has been parceled out over the days since the shooting.

The MSM contributed to this by getting eyewitnesses on the scene to give their account immediately.

In the future - anyone that witnesses some sort of incident - should hold their accounts - and not divulge anything - and have all info come out at the same time. In this case - the eyewitnesses and the shooter's accounts - should be timed to come out at the same time.

It also seems to me that the investigation into circumstances surrounding such an incident should not be conducted by the police that it is in their vested interest to protect their own. It should be an independent body taking and collecting the statements.

I know that this is probably unreasonable and impossible to control - but just look at how this was handled and bungled IMHO.

Aug 2014

Wilson allegedly told her as a legitimate alternative to what other actual first hand percipient witnesses have come forward to relate, giving their full names and locations at the time of the incident. I have heard people I know tell me that her statement that Michael Brown looked like he was "on something" is proof positive that he charged the officer and justified the shooting. Just the fact that CNN is calling this unidentified lady a "witness" (something I have heard them state on CNN several times) should be considered journalistic malpractice. She witnessed nothing.
