They've thrown out the 1st Amendment right to assembly and redress of grievances and are answerable to who? Has anyone seen the Mayor of Ferguson at night? Or the Ferguson City Council? Did they give the cops orders and go home for the day?

You can't tell me that Capt. Ron Johnson of the Missouri State Police has operational control over *every* locality that has sent cops and tactical units to Ferguson.

I've seen units from some place called "Maryland Heights" tonight. You mean to tell me all these folks roll up to (report to) Capt. Ron Johnson?
