It's so bizarre that 150 years after the Civil War we are still dealing with this crap.
Just like we are still dealing with evolution denial 90 years after the Scopes trial.

6. I agree, due to exceptionally poor leadership after the shooting and apparently a major dearth

of proper training prior to it.

Add militarization of the police to that mix and you have created and are creating a major powder keg.
