Witness: 'God Bless His Soul, Police Shot This Boy Outside My Apartment' "They Killed Him"

New Video Shows Immediate Aftermath Of Michael Brown Shooting

Narrating the video to CNN's Michaela Pereira, Crenshaw described her account of the scene.

"What we're looking at is officer Darren Wilson to the right," she said. "He's just looking over the body, just looking baffled and bewildered of sorts, like trying to explain to the officer, 'What have I just done?'"

"And then we get this picture of him pacing back and forth, just like in disbelief," she said. "It's like he understands that he just shot this boy in the face and this boy was unarmed."

Witness: 'God Bless His Soul, Police Shot This Boy Outside My Apartment'

...........

Crenshaw told CNN's Michaela Pereira she witnessed the incident from her apartment and recorded video of the scene immediately following the shooting.

"I had just moved there out of my parents home," she said.

"To see something like this outside of my window ... it’s just, traumatizing."

Crenshaw said Brown was running away from police and then turned around. She said that was when Brown was shot.

What a horrible thing for her to witness, but she seemed to have it together and was accompanied by her lawyer. Think that it was a wise decision that she has one, couldn't help noticing that all the witnesses in this case have representation...

7. She really was sure of what she saw and came across well.

What I don't understand though, is why witnesses get representation by lawyers?

8. That's exactly what I was wondering, looks like they all have them

But I'm guessing if they don't trust law enforcement, it's best to get professional advice about what to do.

10. And I heard that young woman who took the video say she was afraid

I certainly don't blame her, so I'm glad she has a lawyer by her side to help her deal with all she's been facing. It's tough to believe this is happening here in 2014, but then I'm in New York and the only march I've ever seen locally was against the invasion of Iraq and that was a rarity.

11. I feel so bad seeing yet another young life lost, for no reason.

It just all makes no sense to me. I was very glad to see her video posted, imo, it seems the most common sense accounting so far.

Bravo to those protesters, they're being heard and seen all around the world, I admire them so much.

12. I was thinking about that, whether I would go myself

I certainly believe in what they're saying, but would I be brave enough to put myself out there, especially at night? I've even been afraid for the journalists.

And I agree that this is such a pointless tragedy, another young death with no reason. I had hoped we were better than this by now.
