Piaget Crenshaw confirms, Mike Brown had hands in air surrendering.

Four known witnesses (Dorian Johnson, Tiffany Wilson, Thee Pharoah, and now Piaget Crenshaw), all saying the same thing.

The only conclusion I can come to on the shot perpendicular to the top of his head is that it was the last shot fired and it was fired as he was going down. Most likely, the shot to the eye was the killing shot.

And the saddest bit about Piaget Crenshaw is that she had just moved out of her parent's home and into this apartment.

Darren Wilson is seen pacing back and forth in the video.

No link, I believe CNN has the video exclusively right now.

If you raise the arm like he had his hands raised, it's a tight pattern of shots and could be indicative of purposely targeting Brown's head.

All of a sudden aim for the head of an unarmed man. Appears shooting to kill while his arms were up then maybe the hand was victim moving to shield his head after his upper arm was hit initially ? Have never seen the video mentioned . The person sold it to CNN from what was said here
