Two eyewitness accounts state emphatically, Brown surrendered, cop kept shooting.

Rasanen v. Doe, 723 F.3d 325 (2013) citing Tenn. v. Garner 471 US 1 (1985) says that an officer CANNOT shoot surrendered citizen.

That's about as recent as can be in this case for relevant case law.

That means that Officer Darren Wilson committed murder.

Okay, so now we have the credibility of one of the two eyewitnesses called into doubt by him being with the victim of the shooting in a theft at a convenience store.
