See! W *did* win the war!!

It's the same military equipment it's just in a different country than we emptied the Treasury to buy it for. Specifically the Missouri part.

On a related note - what was the plot line of "Red Dawn" again?

abruptly withdraw because we had to get our equipment out of there?

Hell, we "substantially" withdrew from WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War without worrying about that.

Was this Pentagon program of giving excess equipment to local LE the reason we allegedly could not leave Iraq without getting out our equipment first? (As if no human or dollar cost were associated with staying until we got our stuff out.)

Apparently, nothing is as easy to spend as US taxpayers' money, whether it's a $20 muffin, dance lessons in Vegas, or dumping helicopters into the ocean. Or wars in the Middle East.

Because ISIS has some of it now. But not the really good stuff-we needed that for Missouri.

I'll see if I can find the link to Rachel Maddows story on the heavy equipment spread out across America

the likes of "Communism, Hypnotism and the Beatles" are stored at Simi Valley, but I can't find that one 50s preacher's pamphlets that said UFO aliens were Commies because they were for dancing and race-mixing
