After the officer has been coached and memorized his lines.

After rehearsing the scene until it is perfect.

After they are done building the set, going over it and over it, cleaning and scrubbing and scrubbing some more.

After they've washed the blood from their hands.

Only then, and not a second before.

now involved. In addition, they have a cell phone video of what happened. Because the law enforcement also literally arrested two reporters for doing their job, the media will NOT let this go.

At least that is my thinking

can't do that very well when you are on TV and reporters are testing your alibis and excuses in real time. This is a big mess, it will take time and skill to clean up as much as possible before the press get hold of it.

I've never heard of withholding a police officers name from public reports.

I do not believe the officer involved will be exonerated, unless there are a lot of details to this case we have so far, been not made aware.

The victim, an unarmed teenager, is black.

I've seen this move before.

The officer will get off I bet.

meanwhile they have been trying to dig up any spec of dirt on the victim.

All this time they are working around the clock to weave a story of plausible deniabiity.

"Not exonerated" isn't the same as "convicted of a homicide".
