There is an empirical solution to this and it's officers wearing cameras....
In localities where officers wore cameras the complaints on BOTH SIDES (LEO and citizen) went down between 70 and 80%
It's hard enough to get peoples babies to college no matter what the demographics... these days...
The places where officers do NOT want to wear the cameras should be "observed" by hate group watchers.
This needs to stop
