They've lost the public support and no other solution will bring those customers back. Unless the long term plan of the other side of the family is to sell off all the assets and get out of the business, the Arthur S side of the family is going to lose big time.


The best thing about this though is that workers are striking without a union and customers are boycotting as if there were one. That's got to be sending shivers down the spines of a lot of similar owners.
