5. Folks have done a really good job of humanizing the victims in this conflict

There has been a lot of video, photos, personal stories from reporters, and other emotionally engaging coverage and reports.

If this kind of attention was applied similarly to other conflicts around the world, perhaps they too might receive more attention and approbation as has rightly been applied to Israel vis-a-vis Gaza.
