Controlled Opposition

“The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.”

― Vladimir Lenin

It sometimes backfires but it is an ancient use of power manipulation it is also called a limited hang out.

Tea Party is one that you are most familiar with but many others you might be aware or not as obvious.

Hamas was created by Israel to fight the PLO.

Hitler was appointed Verbindungsmann (intelligence agent) of an Aufklärungskommando (reconnaissance commando) of the Reichswehr, to influence other soldiers and to infiltrate the German Workers' Party because industrialist thought they were too radical which he turned into the NAZI party

Many times it bites the manipulator in its ass or sometimes not as this story tells

from inside the Republican Party. (You'll hear our disgusting media speak as though the Teabaggers are a party that is different from the Republican Party. It ain't so. You'll also hear our disgusting media speak as though the Teabaggers arose spontaneously and without big bucks backing. It ain't so.)

Sadly (in my opinion, it's sad, anyway), no big money is backing the effort to pull the Democratic Party to the left from within the Democratic Party.
